SERVICES FOR GRAIN ELEVATORS AND FEED MILLS

PRIMARY SERVICE - Includes Parts A & B. The price is dependent on (1) Elevator capacity, (2) Number of locations, and (3) Number of additional business lines.

Part A:

All written programs required by 29 CFR 1910.272-OSHA Grain Handling Standard-to include:

  • Emergency Action Plan
  • Employee Training Program
  • Hot Work Program
  • Bin Entry Program
  • Contractor Safety Program
  • Housekeeping Program
  • Preventative Maintenance Program
  • Lockout and/or Tagout Program
  • Miscellaneous Provisions
  • Confined Space Entry (1910.146)
  • Hazard Communication Program (Employee Right-To-Know) (1910.1200)
  • Programs are updated as needed by NDGDA staff

AND Two complete OSHA-type walkthrough inspections of the facility which include:

  • Written report of facility inspection with suggestions of items that could ultimately lead to OSHA citations
  • Conference with Manager/Owner/Safety Director to discuss results
  • Assistance in interpreting regulations and how they apply to your facility

Part B:

Required annual Employee Training Program which includes:

Training done on-site at your facility including the following subjects:
