Throughout the history of the North Dakota Grain Dealers Association, we've been active in issues affecting the commercial grain industry in North Dakota. Some of those issues include leading the way in establishing a Central Notice System, supporting legislation and regulation for the benefit of railroad shippers, created a self-funded health trust, and offering a safety, health and regulatory compliance program to help members comply with a myriad of government regulations including OSHA and EPA.
Today, the Association is active at both the state and federal levels. We work with government regulations to obtain correct information and implement necessary regulations, all the while working towards a healthier industry that serves its customers with integrity.
