REGISTRATION:
Sunday - 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. ­ Holiday Inn Club Room III
Monday - 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. - Holiday Inn Club Room III

Persons who have pre-registered can pick up their registration packets at the PRE-REGISTERED table in Club Room III on Sunday or Monday.

TRANSPORTATION: The Fargo-Moorhead Convention & Visitors Bureau will provide complimentary van service between major motels and the headquarters Holiday Inn during convention. For more information call 282-2700 ext 7331and ask for the Grain Dealers Transportation Service.

PROGRAM: Holiday Inn is headquarters. Exhibits are located in the front lobby, Harvest Hall, Dakota Hall, Press Room & Atrium.  Hospitality suites are poolside.  Program events, including breakfasts, luncheons, Association Banquet, and workshops will be held in the Great Hall of the Holiday Inn.  The Great Hall is divided into the Embassy, Royale, Crowne & Sterling rooms. 

THE LADIES PROGRAM FOR MONDAY, JANUARY 18:  Register in Club Room III for Spa at the Inn being held in Mezzanine Suite III.  Don't miss the seminar "Organizing the Home" by Deb Williams of Ducks In A Row at 10:15 a.m. in Mezzanine Suites I & II.  Lunch will be held at 11:45 a.m. in the Crowne & Sterling rooms of the Holiday Inn.  Buses will leave for the West Acres Shopping Center after the luncheon.

DOOR PRIZE DRAWINGS-Monday evening:  Your Association will be sponsoring 3 - $75 cash prizes to be drawn from those pre-registered. An additional 3 - $75 cash prizes will be drawn from among all registrants. Drawing held at the Monday evening dance. Be sure to deposit your Grand Prize ticket in the elevator. YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.

DOOR PRIZE DRAWINGS-Tuesday brunch:  Your Association will be sponsoring 3 - $75 cash prizes at the Tuesday brunch.  YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN. 

BE A GOOD EGG:  Your North Dakota Grain Dealers Educational Foundation will be taking tax-deductible contributions at the convention. Association Directors and wives will be operating an exhibit booth for this purpose. Be a Good EGG (Educational Gift Giver) and buy a Good EGG button. Monies collected are used to provide agricultural scholarships and equipment grants at seven North Dakota institutions of higher learning. Our goal this year is $5,000. 

RESOLUTIONS FOR VOTING DELEGATES:
 Copies of resolutions submitted by the 10:30 a.m. Monday, January 19 deadline and approved by the Resolutions Committee will be available for voting delegates later that day at the Educational Foundation Good EGG booth.
